Abstract
We report a patient with a symptom history consistent with post-orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS) and male genital lichen sclerosus (MGLSc), the first published case of a patient presenting with both conditions that have been associated with sexual dysfunction. The patient’s POIS symptoms persisted, despite MGLSc resolution post-circumcision. We report that naltrexone provided partial symptom relief for his POIS symptoms, offering a potential novel treatment approach.
