The problem of conservation of strategic groundwater resources in the Moscow region
Abstract
Тhe article deals with some features of groundwater as an object of legal regulation. The article analyzes the trends in the development of regional legislation, considers legislative acts on the procedure of registration of underground water use for legal entities and individuals. Еxamples of the activities of regional environmental supervision, the facts of the lack of full control over water production are given. Proposals are made to develop a set of measures aimed at preserving groundwater, to streamline groundwater production.
