How does Academic Pressure Affect the Mental Health of Middle School Students: The Generation Mechanism of Depressive Emotions and Educational Reflections

Abstract
Academic pressure is one of the important challenges faced by middle school students, which has a profound impact on their mental health. Among them, the generation of depressive mood is particularly worthy of attention. This article deeply explores the mechanism by which academic pressure affects the generation of depressive emotions among middle school students, and analyzes it from the physiological, psychological and social levels. Meanwhile, reflect on the problems existing in the current education system and propose corresponding educational improvement strategies, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the mental health development of middle school students.
