Mathematical Analysis of Thermomechanical Properties of Engineering Materials

Abstract
The thermomechanical behavior of engineering materials under coupled thermal and mechanical loads plays a crucial role in structural applications, especially in aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors. This article presents a mathematical approach to analyze these properties through differential modeling, constitutive equations, and finite element formulations. We focus on temperature-dependent elasticity, thermal expansion, stress-strain responses, and creep behavior, integrating experimental datasets with simulations. The analysis provides engineers with predictive tools to optimize material selection and design under varying environmental conditions.
