Abstract
The integration of Wireless Control Systems (WCS) with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies is revolutionizing industrial automation by enabling flexible, scalable, and real-time control of manufacturing processes. This paper explores the latest advances in wireless control systems for IIoT, with a focus on the communication protocols, network architectures, and control algorithms that enhance the performance, reliability, and security of industrial systems. We discuss the benefits of wireless technologies in industrial applications, including cost reduction, increased mobility, and improved system integration. Additionally, we address the challenges associated with wireless communication in industrial environments, such as latency, interference, and security threats, and present solutions to mitigate these issues. The paper also outlines future trends in wireless control systems, including 5G integration, edge computing, and AI-based optimization for enhanced IIoT performance.
