L’espace muséal du sculpteur cubain José Villa Soberón

Abstract
This article focus on the collective dynamic created by the sculpture of the Cuban José Villa Soberón to show differently his work, in the course of the interactions operated with its environment. It examines how, from the interior space of the Havana Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, the artistic and rhizomic trajectory traced outside the walls is built by the sculptures as an aesthetic and poetical extension of the museum. Then, it examines how the work of this sculptor is a part of a process of patrimonialization and consolidation of the historical, artistic and intellectual capitality of the town. Thus, it examines which place is granted to the spectator confronted with a space of the museum inside and outside the walls and with a narrative created for him.
