Abstract
With the exponential growth of Big Data generated by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices, privacy leakage has emerged as a critical concern, particularly in developing countries such as Pakistan. This paper explores the multifaceted challenges of Big Data sequestration leakage through ICT bias and proposes community- centric approaches to alleviate  pitfalls. Emphasizing participatory governance, stoner education, localized data protection programs, and ethical ICT design, this study highlights fabrics that empower communities to guard their data sequestration. Empirical data from checks and case studies in Pakistani civic and pastoral areas bolster the analysis. The paper concludes with recommendations for integrating community-driven strategies into national data protection frameworks.
